Thank you! Cornerofmadness also said bouillon cubes, so that sounds right. The result is super tasty, too, so well worth the effort to make it (the veggies need to be cleaned very carefully so it'll keep for a while, and then ground into a pulp which took a while as I had far too many of them to begin with. *g* )
