ysilme here: I spent most of my free time yesterday in a meeting for my volunteer job, training a new partner, coming back too exhausted for more than an alibi sentence, which turned out to become 230 words. *g* Today I have about 500 so far, with part of this being working at character sheets for my big fannish WIP I started to look into again. I'm currently also in the process of installing a new notebook which distracts me somewhat. My old one's keyboard is literally falling apart (I'm missing the R key, the U and the space bar are stuck, and A and S have deep groves wrought into them... but it's the one I had longest so far, five years!, and despite falling or being pushed down (by furries) a couple of times, all the other hardware is still in full working order. However, I started to look around for a replacement in January, and found a good offer I took up, just when we were leaving for our trip, and am finding time for it only now. Now I have also to overcome the aversion against a keyboard with such a different layout with the number pad and the extra keys... *g*
sylvanwitch here: This was a sort of lazy day for me. I finished reading a book and read two more graphic novels before sitting down to answer some email and also did a few chores around the house. Eventually, I added 1289 words to the ambush project. The climax may be arriving a little more quickly than I'd thought, which is a good thing, though I'm starting to feel that the resolution is going to take longer. We'll see.
