Jul 28: beta edits, summary, title, tags, all that cool shit.

Alas the first (and best!) summary I came up with would be best-suited to a Jeeves and Wooster fic. (Narrator: this is not a Jeeves and Wooster fic.) It almost makes me want to write a Jeeves and Wooster fic just so I could use this summary.
