ysilme here: Alibi sentence for day 2. I pulled a muscle in my right biceps and am mostly typing one-handed, so forgive me for just sticking to the tally. Doing that is fine thanks to copy & paste! XD

sylvanwitch here: 391 words on the novel for me today because we had errands to run and walking to do.

*hugs back* Thank you! Taking two days of rest has helped a lot, it's mostly gone again - just pulled after all, not a torn fibre. Do you know this saying, if you're over 50 and get up without pain it's an exceptional day? I feel since having reached 55 I'm collecting the small issues with pain even more! LOL

I have heard that saying and feel it wholeheartedly. I have been saying lately that I feel like I should have purchased the extended warranty on my body, since the regular one seems to have run out when I hit 50! Lol! I'll be 54 in November, and it just does feel like even sleeping can cause damage. *sighs*

I remember, and indeed we should have done that! XD Sleeping is usually fine for me, but we urgently need new mattresses for it to stay this way. ^^

July 2nd - 717 words on another new fic that is not finished, but I have to write for another challenge today, so I'm putting that one on hold... Instead of finishing WiPs, I seem to be starting more *scratches head*

The trouble with writing for challenges is that I'm forever starting new fics while the ones that need some work before I post them to my journal get left untouched. I'm trying to remedy that.
