It's hard to believe the month is once again almouth over. I'm starting to believe my granny was right when she told smol me that time goes faster the older you go... ;op Next month will be hosted by trobadora!

Also, we're sorry to admit it totally escaped our minds to post our usual rec-your-work post during the middle of our hosting month. So we're going to use the one from March again and have renamed it into Rec-Your-Work 2024.
To those newer to WED; we've been doing such posts for a while here at zwei_hexen and encourage everybody also to check out the older ones; you'll find a permanent link to them in our link list on the top right of the journal. You can also rec older work of yours, of course; the idea is to allow participants to find each other's works more easily, or perhaps also discover new reading hunting grounds.

ysilme here: Several hundred words of nonfic plus an alibi sentence for day 29.

sylvanwitch here: I had to put my big person pants on today for a routine medical appointment, but once I recovered from that mental effort, I wrote 301 words to add to those two alibi paragraphs I wrote the other day. Apparently, they’ve decided that they want to be a story. (Also, everything with the appointment went well.)
