Do you have a fandom obsession you’ve been writing in for weeks?  Are you one of the few and proud in a tiny fandom?  Do your stories need more love?  New, old, cracktastic or five-part, post-modern Derridean deconstruction of a monolithic patriarchal text—we want to hear about it all! We invite you to recommend your fiction in the comments to this post.

A few simple considerations:

Age restrictions and content warnings:  Please keep in mind this journal is public and has no content warning. For your convenience, we've put in an age restriction to this post only, so you can also post headers and summaries to more mature-rated stories. However, please put in warnings if what you share might contain possible triggers and put any mature and/or NSFW content (images, text examples etc.) behind a text link only, to keep this journal a safe place to visit for everybody.

Comment size, images and headers: As cuts don't work on comments, please crop/downsize images to 600 pix max for the longest side and limit text samples to about 20 lines. If you post an AO3 header with a wall of tags, please limit them to about 4 lines here and indicate that there are more.

Probably my favorite small-fandom fic that I've written recently is this fic that I hadn't at all intended to write in a shippy way but that I realised, upon finishing and rereading, completely read like pre-slash/flirting. I've been slowly working on the sequel, where they might acknowledge that they're flirting, between fic with actual deadlines attached. :)

It's set post-canon but likely possible to read without canon knowledge beyond "Glory is a MMORPG with a competitive PvP league".

I'm sorry I have to ask, but I'm totally unfamiliar with this and similar fandoms. As I like to put the fandoms for the recs on this post in the tags so people can also find it later, I wanted to know what best to call the fandom for tag use here at DW, is there an abbreviation or so, or should I use quanzhi gahshou - hudie lan?

It'd be "Quanzhi Gaoshou - Hudie Lan" in pinyin, which abbreviates to "QZGS - Hudie Lan"; if you want it in English, "The King's Avatar - Hudie Lan". Any of those would work. :)

The Untamed / CQL

I also want more people to read my bittersweet Baoshan Sanren/Lan Yi fic, a glorious little f/f rarepair for characters who got so little screentime. This fic is an imagining of their early years together, before Baoshan Sanren went up the mountain.

Could probably be read without canon knowledge so long as you know cultivation tropes in cnovel/cdrama fandoms.

Rated M for a brief and not-very-detailed scene including bath sex.
