Aug 7. 900 words, finishing yesterday's story.

btw, the way I solved yesterday's "alas, every specific TV show has weight and meaning when you and your audience is in fandom" conundrum was by having them pick a channel, not a show: "Ah, it's Murder In A Small English Village night on the BBC," Tristan said.

Thanks! To be honest, though, I feel kind of awkward receiving praise for my word count on this fic. I'm remixing, which to my mind is about halfway between writing and editing as far as amount of work. I've (finally) gotten over the "I'm just a fanfic writer" self-deprecation, but there are some things I'm still not 100% comfortable taking credit for my work. Thank you, though - it really helps me to see what I'm actually doing. ^^
