ysilme here: RL continues to be really stressful for me, and for the last few weeks, I didn't manage to focus on creative/fic writing, not even my usual go-to means of delving into drawer fic. I did write every day but other things, but my goal for August is to get the creative words back. Today was a decent start to that; I've been sorting through age-old fanfic snippets of my very first fandom, mainly to see what of those I want to keep for sentimental reasons as it was my very first writing and what to graciously get lost; and I actually was inspired to write a new drawerfic based on these snippets, and started with plotting and some character sheets. It'll remain drawer fic as I can't be bothered to do the necessary research and re-read the sources for a proper fanfic, but it's just the kind of fun I've been missing for some time.

sylvanwitch here: 356 words brought me to the end of Chapter 17 today and left our boys on a cliffhanger that I will resolve from Jake's POV in the next chapter.
