ysilme here: I've mainly been doing NaNo planning and turning the ideas for that original OS over in my head. Lots of time spent thinking about writing, but I also wrote about 400 words of ideas and background info for the NaNo idea.

sylvanwitch here: In a burst of unexpected words, I finished one of the two original short stories I started as a writing exercise two weeks ago. It came together slowly but also beautifully. I don't often say that about my own writing, and I don't mean to sound like I'm bragging. It's just one of those rare stories that allowed itself to be written, you know, presenting itself as it is and asking only that I transcribe it. Anyway, it feels good to have finished it.

ysilme here: another day where I used up most of my spoons for non-creative things; playing taxi for a horde of giggling teenagers to a waterpark, for eldest niece's birthday party. I'd hoped to get some writing in in the waiting time before driving them back, but for some weird reason I couldn't find a single spot where I'd been able to sit and type, and outside was impossible due to heavy rain. I got in a couple of hours of editing of some WIP sitting in the car, but no new words written yet, so no tally yet for today as well.

sylvanwitch here: This was a loooong day of work and then errands and then yet more errands. I edited and put the final words on the latest little H50 fic and posted it a few minutes ago. Thankfully, it was mostly done before I sat down to it tonight.
