ysilme here: sorry for the multiple edits; I hit post instead of preview when I wasn't finished with the code. For my own tally, about 360 words for the drawer Christmas fic which is just fun to write.

sylvanwitch here: Another busy day, but things are getting accomplished, and, perhaps more importantly, I'm letting some things go until tomorrow, when there will also be time to do them. Today, I added 954 to the novel and am moving into an emotionally difficult section of the book--necessary but harder to write than I'd expected, not in terms of getting the words to come but just in following this plot point to its necessary conclusion.

ysilme here: 480 words on my drawer christmas fic in the morning. Otherwise, an exhausting day including fun (but also exhausting) niece-herding, so I'm going to work at yet unfinished knitted and crocheted Christmas presents instead of writing for the rest of the evening.

sylvanwitch here: Today's virtual writing club meeting led to a dark little holiday tale, which I finished after we'd logged off. That came in at 1788 words, and I'm quite proud of it. It's weird and wicked. For that reason, though, I added only 518 to the novel tonight. Still, it was a good writing day.
