ysilme here: I added another 400 words to yesterday's tally after posting, first draft notes of the new story idea. Today, though, I managed just a limp attempt at writing a song/poem for the story, resulting in 43 words. It's the first warm day of the season, and between niece-herding and the warmth I'm totally wiped out.

sylvanwitch here: I finished "Magic School" AND went back in to do a bit more tweaking with character development, with the result that I was able to engineer a warmer and happier ending. It'll need some tweaking to get the last line just right, but I'm feeling good about the story as a whole and where it took me. Yay!
