sylvanwitch here: I was going to begin editing on the novel, but I changed my mind. On our vacation, I picked up the
Folklore Oracle deck by Mike Bass, intending to use it as inspiration for writing exercises, so today I broke it in, shuffling it, drawing a card, reading the interpretation of the card in the booklet that comes with the deck, and then writing 490 words of a story I will likely finish tomorrow. It was fun to play with language and just fool around with words.
