March 22nd - 1218 words. 5 double drabbles, finished yesterday's fic, and edited another for posting.

Now I'm going to bed because I have to be up early tomorrow. It's already almost tomorrow.

I wrote a bit over 2k to complete a fic I hadn't expected to be that long (not the one that I've been eying and going "you're gonna be 10k+ aren't you"), plus editing a 1k fic I'm posting tomorrow. :)

I have had a dismal drudging day of adulting, but I did write a couple-hundred words on the exchange story, and several hundred words on the Sprawling Monster, rewriting the chapter ending.

Yay for getting so well ahead with your bingo card, and yet another story! How many did you now write for the fandom recently? (And why don't you have a term for this nifty question word in English I'd wanted just now - it would the something like "the howmaniest" or so. *g* )
I wrote about 100 more words for the next part of my story yesterday, and cooked one of both of our favourite childhood foods, which is time-consuming, not the healthiest, and utterly delicious: a vegetable stew called potato soup which is really a thick soup made from leeks, carrots, celery, some potatoes (about 1/4 of all vegs), an onion or two, parsley root if you have it, blend it when done, and serve with a good amount of chopped parsley or chives or both. The special thing about it is that it's served with and eaten alongside with apple fritters, which in turn are made of a thin pancake batter (German-style pancakes, not the U.S. variety; they consist only of flour, eggs, a pinch of salt and two or three pinches of sugar). The apples are cut into segments and then small pieces, mixed with the batter and then baked like pancakes in a pan, not deep-fried or so, and then strewn with cinnamon-sugar. Then you eat one spoonful of the soup and one bite of the appe fritter.
At least now I have two containers of the soup in the deep-freezer, as it tastes well also without the fritters and is a nice, quick, meal, and another helping of fritters for us today. Siljan also had soup for lunch today (I don't eat before 4pm).
Heh, and typing this here created a recipe fic plotbunny I just caught. *off to write it down*
