~900 words on that fic I was turning to past tense from present (I caught up with myself and now it'll all be new words!), and 1.2k to finish up that exchange fic I'd been procrastinating on. :)

March... 16th - 1071 words. A ficlet, a triple drabble, and some work on two unfinished ficlets.

And I got to spend about an hour and a half in the garden, cutting back one of the buddleias. There was some sawing involved, so my arms are sore, and I have two more buddleias to do, but I enjoyed being outside.

That sounds like a LOVELY chore. I can hardly wait to get out in the yard. Alas, it's too wet and cold out yet, and it will be for some time. Still, I can dream. (And the spring bulbs I planted in the fall are starting to poke their little green nubbins up out of the wet earth, which is a hopeful sign of things to come.)

Also: YAY for so many words! You rock! :-)

Enjoy the ongoing gardening soreness. It's an inevitable sign of spring in my household, and it sounds like the same is true of yours. *grins*

It was very pleasant. Hard work, and storm clouds kept blackening the sky, but they always passed and let the sun through again. It's the first time this year I've been able to do anything outside, and there's bound to be more rain to come, but spring is beginning. The garden is an overgrown mess, although the last two or three years I've started to make some progress with it.

Day 16: just a couple alibi sentences on my main WIP, because I focused on finishing a draft of my side WIP instead. Which I did! After 2,223 words, lol. Now edits tomorrow!

Mar 16 - 150 words, another line-drabble for the SWG Bingo challenge, and a half-drabble with all the words on the card. That was an interesting challenge.

I've started draft 2 of my script! And just as important, I've started a detailed world building document!! (I had one for the last draft but there were a bunch of things I forgot to save/write down that made me very annoyed at myself, haha.)

YAY for starting the second draft and for creating a useful document to help keep all the little bits together. I agree that it's extra annoying when you have those little ideas and forget to put them anywhere--been there, done that for sure!

Man, I was so annoyed at my past self working on the second half of draft one - I had studied diagrams of how real space ship engines work on the NASA website to create a propulsion system for the main ship that would theoretically be similar to real life but just a tiny bit more futuristic. And then when I needed to reference it again ... I somehow hadn't written ANY of it down.

I haven't been very good about replying to y'all's comments but just want to say I appreciate both of you!

And thank you so much for your kind words. I'm a big believer in community, though I'm bad at it, in general (total introvert), but in theory it's awesome, and at least here in this virtual one, I can do my best without feeling weird. :-). So, see, we're helping each other! Lol!

Day 16: alibi nano sentence. 3,213 words on the exchange story. Just an epilogue left! But I'm not sure exactly what I'm going to do with the epilogue yet.

Day 16: Still feeling extremely grumpy, but managed about 350 words on one of the things on my to-do list. That did make me feel slightly less grumpy! ;-)

I know it's not a panacea, but for me, if I find myself feeling grumpy, writing usually makes me feel a little better, probably because it's something I can say I've accomplished (?). Anyway, I hope the grumpiness eases for you. Also: YAY WORDS! :-)

Wrote and posted a ~1k thing on day 14 and worked a bit on the PHon days 15 and 16. Not too much progress but loooooots of notes. I keep waffling about things like POV and how that would fit with a future timeline. I need to decide though and quickly. ^^

It sounds like you've made enough progress on notes and things that when you make a decision, you'll be able to write like the wind, which is awesome! Yay for words and notes and looming decisions! :-)
