ysilme here: a few more lines on the drawer WIP today as well as adding to yesterday's tally, and today some more editing and organising of files with new and updated notes. Edit: just added 302 words for the drawer fic, all new and shiny! ^^

sylvanwitch here: 517 words of a microfic for a contest. That’s already 17 words too long and it isn’t finished, but it’s an interesting exercise even if I don’t end up sending it in.

March 19th - 1142 words, a double drabble for my drabble community and the first draft of a fic for my other challenge community, which I hardly ever write for. Must do better on that *grins* I'm setting a bad example.

It's my own community, I set it up and run it, so I really should write for it more often *grins* I do have quite a lot of members though, and they seem to enjoy it =)

Day 19: Apparently a "quick summary" of this fic idea is 800 words. I knew this idea was a longer idea, but I do not think I'd mentally scaled to the correct amount of 'longer'. (This is not the fic that I've mostly been talking about taking notes for and outlining this month! That one's for QZGS; this is a MDZS idea.)

*empathizes in outline-longer-than-story* As I have a frequent habit of envisioning something short and ending up with a novella or novel, I can relate. I wish you joy in bringing BOTH ideas to fruition!

I love reading what you two (ysilme and sylvanwitch) are doing--it's always something interesting and inspires me to keep going!

Today I added 34 words to the current fic (but they were FUN to write), and I wrote two comments on AO3.

I also began updating my reverse exchange offer for an upcoming Guardian fic exchange. (Instead of asking for what we want someone to write for us, we offer characters, relationships, etc., that we'd be willing to write.) It got me thinking about the ways in which I've managed to stretch as a fic writer since last year's offer. So maybe not many words, but much braining. ;-)
