ysilme here: We've seen Knives out! tonight, and my what a great movie! I haven't had so much cinematic fun for quite some time. Highly recommended! I wrote 1,2k today, partly non-fic - I've been asked to write an article about my choir's concert before Christmas, as "you're writing, aren't you? Then you can do this!" *sigh* Well, I suppose I can, but it's not something I particularly enjoy. Been there, done that, not keen on repeating. ;op

sylvanwitch here: 524 more words on the Jaskier/Geralt fic. It's as cracktastic as ever, and I'm loving it. This narrative voice in my head, though? I can't complain too much about it because I'm having so much fun. But wow...nattering doesn't begin to describe it. ;-)

Day 11: There are 950 more words in my story file than there were when I logged off last night, and I'm pretty sure most of them are in the story instead of appended to the endless scrolling hell of accumulated notes. ;-p (<whine>This story is too haaaard!</whine>)

I spent the morning in the emergency room (I took a bad fall), the afternoon in a meeting and the evening fighting with the new TV so I didn't have much time. I got 518 words on Come Undone

Oh, dear. Geez, when is life going to let up a little on you? It seems like it's ALWAYS pouring, so to speak, where you are. I hope 2020 calms the fuck down for you, seriously.

Day 10: a totally packed day at work, then busy afterwards too, so not as much chance to write today. Still managed 241 words and 1,005 words on my two WIPs.

Day 10 - 117 more words on the Hidden Figures SWG fic. I think there may need to be a sentence or two inbetween what I wrote tonight and what I wrote yesterday, but I'll come back to that later.

As predicted, yesterday's words helped produce today's words and I am hurtling toward the end of this assignment, if I can just figure out some way that works to get these two kissing!

I'm interested enough in Knives Out and a couple of other things in cinemas now that I am actually considering making myself buy cinema tickets! Which may sound less radical than it is, but the only film I saw in the cinemas last year was a film festival documentary about starry skies. I'm really, really bad at going to see films.

Anyway, I worked on the solarpunk short story again! I've no idea what it's really turning out like and if I'll get it written for the submission call I'm trying for or not, but at least I'm having fun with it. Almost 800 words.

Sympathies about going to the movies! I can't predict you'll like it, of course, but it's really a film I don't hesitate to recommend to everybody who likes this kind of movies.

Day 10 - After a very bad start I managed to squeeze out 1153 words, mostly on the new WiP. Hoping to make more progress on that today, I don't want it hanging around forever like so many others in my fic file.

Not sure about swift, it's still nowhere near finished and I'm not sure if I'll even manage to reach the end of the first draft tomorrow o_O This one will be longer than my usual quick one-shots.
