ysilme here: alibi sentence only for me; it's been a super intense day. Our central heating system stopped working last night, so after getting up far too early for my biorythm to have my blood drawn, I spent the first half of the day on and off with the installer until it was time for the weekly niece-herding afternoon, and then fell asleep on the sofa. ;o) The heating system issue is found but needs a few days to be fully resolved, which means another cold shower tomorrow morning. *shudders* At least we can still heat with the woodstove, so neither have to freeze nor endure the reproachful gaze of the furry part of the household.

sylvanwitch here: I got home at a reasonable hour today, but I’m just too tired to work on editing, so instead, I added 54 words to an alibi poem I started maybe a few days ago. It’s another “found” word poem using predictive text.

March 31st - 726 words. Two triple drabbles and editing on two fics for posting! I managed a little over 25k this month. Very happy with that, my most productive month this year =)

Day 31: I wrote something, but I can't remember what it was -- it's been that kind of day. Oh yeah, it was around a page. On Westerns, what else?

Ysilme: I sympathize! My day was super intense too -- instead of heating it was plumbing (I started my day at the bookshop mopping dirty water out of the bathroom); the installer I sat with was WINDOWS and it still wasn't done when I left for the day. Maybe tomorrow? Maybe next century? Then I took my elderly mom to the doctor; came away with a fistful of prescriptions and lab referrals. It was a day made for an alibi sentence -- I managed to write a bit more than that only because I can rant about Cormac McCarthy and Robert Coover in my sleep. ;-)

I did not work on final edits on my finished draft, but instead wrote 400 words on the longfic, which is now at 25K exactly! \o/ Looking back on my goals for March, I pretty much reached them, except that I'd hoped to post the finished fic? But considering I've been sick a lot of the month and was stressed out with work before that, I'm surprised I managed as much as I did.
