ysilme here: I finally finished a difficult meta text, got it proof-read and am still at the corrections, but had a satisfying writing time with it today, including 232 new words.

sylvanwitch here: After a long day of prep work for the second semester, I finally got the time to edit and post the third part of the MPI fic. Three parts down, two to go!

For the 20th - I finished my picture prompt fic with 891 words and did another STONY Bingo for 484 words.

Day 20: Edited Chapter 2 of my drafted fic, and wrote 803 words on yet another fic that's due at the end of February (bingo challenges whyyyy).

Did I do my class prep work? Barely. It was a Prodigal Son kinda day. I was also in the zone so to hell with actual work. I wrote 962 on a Prodigal Son comment fic + 653 words to finish my Chocolate Box story (also Prodigal Son) + 501 words on Come Undone which is, you guessed it Prodigal Son (send help)

You are SO obsessed! Lol! I love it! It's good to feel that way about a fandom, isn't it? (And rare, in my experience...only once in a blue moon do I get taken head-over-heels like you are with this show.)

I'm gonna claim fifty words for tonight, but it's a very ballpark estimate. Lots of tweaking and rearranging things.

Definitely claim those words! Tweaking and rearranging are thought-heavy, nitpicky activities we have to do to make the writing better. I applaud you for getting it done! *claps*

Day 20 - Avery monday Monday. I did manage 100 words on what I hope will work for the Caprice and Chance challenge, and an idea of it connecting with the Hidden Figures challenge piece.

YAY! Yay for words, especially on a Monday that's being so Mondayish!

Ugh, I looked at what was supposed to come next in the story, checked my notes and went "wait, what?" 85 words, and tomorrow will probably involve a lot of poking at the plans for what exactly is happening in this weekend in the life of these characters.

Ugh, I feel this! I hope you find your way through the next part and that the words come more easily for you than they did on the 20th!

21st: Some banging my head against the time travel, but not in a way that resulted in any new words. And a bit of editing on a flashfic, which I'm counting as writing.

Oh, dear...head-banging can be fun, but only when Metallica is involved. *grins* I'm sorry it's a struggle right now, and I hope it resolves itself soon!

Day 20 - Um... 1545. Mostly double drabbles, and a bit of editing, My drabble inspiration must have been firing on all cylinders. Wish it would do that every week! It's not usually that easy.

The day got away from me a bit, but I did add some sentences into the short story, and I also started a new ficlet, writing a grand total of one sentence before I realized I was too tired for writing fiction in English. :-)

Jan 19: Maybe 800 new words on the Consentacles fic I'd been working on all week. It's nice to be making progress. I know more about what I need to proceed from here, but I don't have it yet.

Jan 20: Sat down to write an alibi sentence; got 150 words instead. Also got my exchange assignment and started talking through what I might do for that.

I kicked the open assignment a little bit and a few paragraphs of words fell out. It still needs some sort of ending, which I think I might have, but I'm still trying to get to it.
