ysilme here: some 300 new words during some editing for me today, plus a short passage in longhand, scribbled during choir rehearsal. *coughs*

sylvanwitch here: We had student writers' club today, and I participated, as usual, in the writing exercise, on which I managed 505 words of gleeful, Monty-Python-esque nonsense. I'm almost positive it will never become anything, but, unfinished though it is, it made me happy to write it, and that's all that matters. Back to the fraught gender-and-identity, fuck-or-die politics fanfic tomorrow. ;-)

Two and a half longhand pages, which brought me up to the beginning of a section that I was working on last week. I think to move on, I'm going to need to type up what I have and take stock -- that, or skip ahead to another section of the story again. Anyway, instead of writing on my lunch hour, I spent it doing canon research and trying to put together a timeline -- a pursuit for fools, given the mess that is canon, but it needs to be done.

30th: 1069 words on TLFTTF (The Last F**king Time Travel Fic), as I've begun to call it. I really need to get a handle on characterisation, or the rewriting is going to be horrible.

Day 29 - Managed to find something of a groove this evening, and produced 450ish words on the Caprice SWG piece that may be bringing this part to the end-stretch.

I'm shocked I did as well as I did since I didn't start until 1130 (I spent the evening writing letter of recommendation and lectures) so I got 1061 words on a Prodigal Son story for a friend.

Day 29: 1,217 words on the WIP today, and now it is bedtime for me!

Day 29 - 1264 words. 1064 on the WiP, and two drabbles, FAKE and Buffy. The WiP is now over 8.7k and still on the first draft with no end currently in sight.

Not sure what's on the agenda today; it'll depend on what the new prompts are... I'll either work on one of them or try to push forward with the WiP.

I took a long time writing out my Snowflake entry, and then did some revision to a draft of a prompt project.

I've missed a few check-ins, things got rather intense/exhausting so I was taking it easy for a few days. I've been writing, though - not an awful lot, but I did write on each of the days from 27 to 29, as well as today ie. the 30th. Today's writing was probably the biggest chunk, I got my Chocolate Box fic going again and added almost 500 words. Otherwise this week I've just been noodling a bit with my plans for original writing projects and gently poking at femslash ficlets.
